Historic Lofts Apartments in Downtown Cleveland

1900 Lofts was built in 1920 with 113,402 square feet and was renovated into 80 mid-rise apartments and 2 commercial spaces in 2002. The loft-style apartments and townhomes layouts are open and spacious with wall-to-wall windows that are almost floor-to-ceiling. Each apartment includes a fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Gas fireplaces are also included in all 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
